Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Tocco! At Tocco, our products are prepared with love and passion before being shipped to you. They are made fresh in artisanal batches by different passionate cooks in their respective hygienic home kitchens across India.
i. Order preparation & Delivery Timeline:
Orders will be prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 4 business days from the date of order placement.
Dispatch:
To deliver your products on time, we use third-party logistics or courier aggregators for dispatch, such as Bluedart, DTDC, Nimbus Post, and Pickrr, who provide door-to-door delivery.
Transit time:
Kindly allow 3 to 7 business days for shipments to reach you, depending on the delivery location. Please note that unforeseen incidents like natural calamities, may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
Delivery Timeline Preference:
While we do our best to accommodate timeline preferences, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or schedule deliveries based on recipient availability during the day. If you have a specific preference, please inform us at the time of order placement, and we will try to accommodate it to the best of our ability. However, we won’t be able to guarantee the same.
Change in Details After Order Placement:
For any changes or support required for order details should be communicated to us via email at heytocco@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 7208854950 (chat only). While we can inform the courier, we cannot guarantee their action regarding the changes.
Issue Escalation:
If you encounter any issue with the delivery of your order, please escalate them within 24 hours of receiving the order. Kindly attach two pictures of the concerned issue.
Delivery Notification Issues:
In case you receive a delivery notification but haven't received the order, please reach out to us within 12 hours. We will work with the courier to track down the issue, which may take up to 2 business days. We will provide you with the proof of delivery (POD) as received by the courier. If you have any concerns, please raise them within 24 hours of receiving the POD for further investigation.
ii. No Refund Policy
Refunds will not be issued if the order is scheduled to be delivered within the cumulative timeline (preparation + dispatch timeline).
Refunds will not be provided if you refuse to accept the delivered package.
Refunds will not be granted if incorrect delivery details were provided at the time of order placement.
