This holiday season, indulge in the matured rum soaked plum cake by Annie's made from her farm- house in Bangalore. Out of everything that makes Christmas joyous, plum cake certainly has a special place. This is the season we gift our loved ones cakes and this homemade plum cake has surprises of dates, prunes, raisins, cranberries and a spice surprise from orange and ginger peels and nutmeg and cinnamon. The cake is made in a traditional way and contains egg, however, half of the sugar is replaced with brown sugar.
No preservatives, chef Annie makes these cakes often to her four lovely kids - Philomina and the three boys. Perfect for gifting and every occasion.
What makes this plum cake different?
- they are made with natural fruits instead of artificial tutti -fruttis
- The dates are blended with the cake batter
- made in traditional way soaking fruits in rum for several days before baking and kept to mature for few days

How we met her:
Annie Aunty is my mom's very close friend. She is someone who change the way we eat cakes by baking fresh delicious cakes. Her carrot and date cakes, and plum cake have our hearts :)

absolutely. All products are made by individuals like our parents fresh from their home kitchens. They don't use any added preservatives to increase shelf life. In fact, it's the exact same quality of products that are consumed by them & their families.
where are the products shipped from?
each product made by the chefs are either shipped directly from their source kitchen or the nearest tocco hub. All orders are fulfilled by tocco
how does tocco assure quality of each product?
the first level of quality check happens at the time of onboarding itself. each listing is assessed for the product quality, the kitchen conditions and the intent of the chef.
each chef is given training on hygienic practices while cooking & packing their products
do you have cash on delivery option?
unfortunately, we don't have COD at the moment as each order is prepared for you by our chefs. We understand your concern and we are available to answer any query with regards to your order on WhatsApp even after the delivery.
