small prawns sautéed with garlic and chillies in coconut oil and pickled in gingelly oil with spices.Chef Uma prepares this prawn pickle in small batches with carefully chosen fresh cleaned prawns and other ingredients. Uma feels that her version of the pickle should be beyond just a pickle and can also substitute as a curry for your meal.
Ingredients : small prawns, garlic, ginger, chillies, gingelly oil, coconut oil (for shallow frying). contains few sugar crystals to balance the spice
Uma's products under Tamara's is named after her mother and she gets reminded of her every time she prepares the pickles :)

Two things in life that I have a great liking are long journeys and cooking. I grew up in Calicut and have a family with my husband and two kids who indulge in food, maybe why i naturally find so much joy in cooking.
I dreamt of starting something on my own since a young age. There is no better reward than seeing your joy after you've had delicious meal from me. I always loved hosting people home and serving them hot meals with love.

absolutely. All products are made by individuals like our parents fresh from their home kitchens. They don't use any added preservatives to increase shelf life. In fact, it's the exact same quality of products that are consumed by them & their families.
where are the products shipped from?
each product made by the chefs are either shipped directly from their source kitchen or the nearest tocco hub. All orders are fulfilled by tocco
how does tocco assure quality of each product?
the first level of quality check happens at the time of onboarding itself. each listing is assessed for the product quality, the kitchen conditions and the intent of the chef.
each chef is given training on hygienic practices while cooking & packing their products
do you have cash on delivery option?
unfortunately, we don't have COD at the moment as each order is prepared for you by our chefs. We understand your concern and we are available to answer any query with regards to your order on WhatsApp even after the delivery.
